• How many pensions a year does a pensioner get?

  The pensioner gets 14 pensions a year (2 pensions in July and 2 in November).

• How can I apply for a written statement about my pension value?

  The application for a written statement about the pension value should be submitted by fax +351 217807783 or +351 217807760.

  The applicant must always provide us his full name, pensioner number and current address.

• How can I apply for a pensioner card?

  The application for the pensioner card should be submitted by fax +351 217807783 or +351 217807760.

  The applicant must always provide us his full name, pensioner number and current address.

• How can I communicate a pensioner's decease?

  The communication of a pensioner's decease can be made either by e-mail, by fax or by letter sent to Caixa Geral de Aposentações.

  The informer must identify himself (full name and current address) and is asked to provide us the following information about the deceased pensioner: full name, pensioner number and time of decease.
